The D-LUX is a simple and sophisticated cottage designed for Temperate climates. With an angled roof line to provide a light open aspect, and large extended verandahs, it provides a range of internal and external spaces for short or long stays.
At it’s most basic it is 51 sqm in size comprising a single bathroom, kitchen, and internal bathroom but like other Pak Shak designs, the modular system can be replicated to provide a larger dwelling with bigger living spaces and additional bedrooms.
