Designed for a surf-loving client who had spent the previous decade living in Bali, this first floor extension to a Bronte cottage brought open-air tropical living to sub-tropical Sydney.
Located in the thickly vegetated Bronte gully, and just a short walk to the beach, the house achieves a beach cottage ambience through the extensive use of exposed hardwood timbers, bamboo flooring and relaxing views out into the tree canopy.
